- I (one) IVF cycle (one egg retrieval process for Caucasian Oocyte Donor) including embryo freezing for the donor
- 1 embryo transfer
- Essential blood test and semen analysis for Intended Father
- ICSI, blastocyst transfer and assisted hatching - if required
- Storage cost of frozen sperm and any frozen embryos remaining for 1 year
- Psychological, social, physical screening, travel, stay, food, all medications, other expenses & compensation for the Surrogate and the Donor
- Testing to rule out chromosomal disorders and neural tube defects
- All doctor’s fees for till delivery
- Natural delivery
- Surrogate Mother private maternity hospital stay for delivery
- Post-birth stay at the maternity hospital for the baby
- Consultations by neonatologist for baby during entire stay in Ukraine
- Arranging the surrogacy agreement between all parties
- Meeting at the airport for both arrivals and transfer to accommodation, first transfer to clinic/maternity hospital on both visits in Kiev
